Summary: Parents and caregivers rely on their audiologist to help develop their understanding of their child's hearing loss. According to recent research, parents' needs for knowledge go beyond understanding their child's hearing technology. Summary: While clinicians may know the fundamentals of evidence-based practice (EBP), many struggle to implement EBP in real-world situations with their clients. Often, this is due to limited research, a lack of high-quality research, or the absence of a clear takeaway from external scientific literature.
