Summary: SLPs who practice in schools may struggle to develop evidence-based interventions for students with developmental language disorder (DLD), especially methods that are aligned to their state's academic standards. This webinar will define and discuss DLD as it relates to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) regulations. The speaker will explore curriculum-based language assessment methods aligned to grade-level academic standards and share evidence-based interventions to treat DLD in early childhood and elementary school settings.
