Summary: Many clinicians may feel they lack the time, skills, or competence to effectively address diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); it might feel like one more thing on an already-long list of considerations and requirements. This initial course explores audiologists' perceptions of barriers to providing telehealth services and introduces the Health Belief Model (HBM) and Transtheoretical model to assess readiness for remote service provision.
