Summary: Due process hearings are legal procedures established in special education to provide for resolution when the parents and school personnel disagree. This session reviews ethical principles associated with due process and the legal responsibilities associated with being a witness in a due process hearing. Summary: Teachers and administrators increasingly turn to school-based SLPs for intervention for executive functioning (EF) deficits.
