Summary: Although many use the terms interchangeably, leadership and management are two distinctly separate sets of behaviors. Successful leaders are clear about their authentic expression of what it means to be a leader. Summary: There are many possible causes for childhood dizziness, which differs from adult dizziness. This session discusses the key components of a pediatric vestibular clinic and its staff, common etiologies of dizziness, risk factors of vestibular loss, and signs of vestibular dysfunction in children. Speakers discuss easy ways to adapt your current testing protocol and which tests might be appropriate for each age group.

Summary: Despite the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 stating that people with disabilities should have access to their communities, a critical component has often been overlooked—training emergency first responders to communicate with people who have complex communication needs. In this session, two SLPs demonstrate how they have trained nearly 2,000 emergency first responders.
