Summary: This session addresses the diagnosis of pediatric vestibular and balance disorders. Particular focus is paid to the most common audiological testing accommodations for pediatric patients suffering from dizziness and imbalance as well as the etiologies of such disorders seen in the pediatric population.

Summary: In the era of COVID-19, clinicians in health care settings have faced challenges in the evaluation and treatment of a new patient population - those who have had COVID-19 - requiring us to reframe our current treatment techniques. This session focuses on reinventing the speech-language pathologist's approach to treatment of respiratory activity tolerance for motor speech. It addresses collaboration with physical and occupational therapists for incorporation of dual motor tasks with more traditional treatment. Speakers discuss goal writing and tips for tracking measurable outcomes.

Summary: A culturally responsive approach to support clients and families from all backgrounds begins with understanding and meeting them where they are. This session explores assessing the mealtime emotional climate for group and interpersonal dynamics between family members, supporting family members and young children's autonomy and self-regulation at mealtimes, and a diagnostic battery that will help produce culturally responsive treatment recommendations and parent education.
