Summary: This webinar will cover what audiologists and SLPs need to understand about the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Speakers will identify who is subject to these laws as well as their regulatory and other compliance requirements.
