Summary: Drawing from the fields of infant and child development, social cognitive neuroscience, and social psychology, this webinar will focus on enhancing connection, comprehension, and compassion for the social-emotional needs of children who are deaf or hard of hearing. Summary: SLPs who work with people with dysphagia face the challenge of identifying food textures and liquid consistencies that will optimize swallowing safety and efficiency while minimizing negative consequences on quality of life and nutrition.
