Summary: A culturally responsive approach to support clients and families from all backgrounds begins with understanding and meeting them where they are. Summary: Diet texture modification-specifically, thickening of liquid consistencies-is often recommended to compensate for dysphagia in pediatric populations due to their physical and cognitive immaturity.
