Summary: Often, SLPs working with individuals with dysphagia struggle with knowing when it is appropriate to discharge their patient. The decision to discharge is multifactorial, including both patient- and clinician-driven factors. Summary: This session will examine the diagnosis and treatment of persistent postural-perceptual dizziness (PPPD). The session will explore the recently defined criteria for the presentation and symptoms of the disorder as well as describe current and emerging research that is helping clinicians and researchers better understand it.
