Summary: Principles of motor learning (PML) are guidelines developed for the purpose of training motor execution of movement. The speaker will present strategies and techniques for collecting and evaluating voice samples; highlight no-tech and low-tech assessment methods; and discuss the importance of identifying children with dysphonic voices from an educational and social-emotional perspective. This presentation will be relevant for SLPs across practice settings who see children of all ages with voice disorders.
