Embodying ethical leadership, ASHA’s focus on communication has resulted in research on declining civility nationally and its implications for members. Summary: By conducting ethnographic interviews during assessment, clinicians can develop more personalized and effective treatment plans that truly fit the needs of the patient, client, or student.
