Being prepared with a plan of action for accessing an interpreter as well as having policies and procedures for the collaboration can ensure the client/patient receives the best possible services. This webinar will describe how to develop a plan of action and offer guidelines for fostering a collaborative and culturally sensitive relationship between the clinician, client/patient, and interpreter.
