Description:
This webinar is intended for audiologists who are interested in how ethical practice issues relate to their work. The speaker will provide an overview of the theories of ethics, their application to the audiology profession, and sample case analyses to illustrate ethical decision-making.

Presenter Information
Albert C. Hahn, AuD, CCC-A/SLP (he/him/his) is a dually certified audiologist and speech-language pathologist with over 30 years of clinical, teaching, and supervisory experience. He has served in a variety of roles in state associations, including recent tenure as the Audiology Practice Representative for the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association. He has been an invited speaker in the past for that association on the topic of ethics. Dr. Hahn is currently an associate clinical professor and director of audiology education at Miami University (Ohio). He is the primary instructor for all audiology-related coursework and serves as advisor to pre-audiology majors. He provides diagnostic, counseling, and rehabilitative audiology services for adults and children age 5 years and older.
