Summary: Young musicians are exposed to traumatic sound levels that might increase their risk for tinnitus and noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL). This presents a unique listening environment that can prove difficult to verify, as streamed audio is not an external stimulus and cannot be verified using conventional methods.
