Summary: In this panel discussion, an audiologist and a speech-language pathologist share how they are currently using competencies in their practices to enhance client, patient, and student care. The panelists also discuss the drivers for implementing competencies at their workplaces, their colleagues' responses to the shift to using competencies, and the benefits they have experienced at the individual and organization level.
