Summary: Ensuring carryover and compliance outside of voice therapy sessions is one of the most difficult aspects of intervention for voice disorders. This session discusses the latest research, technology, and strategies that can help improve carryover and compliance. Summary: Using videos and case studies, this session demonstrates how to identify, assess, and document appropriate treatment goals, strategies, and outcomes for adults with dysarthria. The session uses the World Health Organization’s International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health classification system to evaluate clinical treatment approaches—including motor learning concepts—that address impairments of function, communication activity, and participation.
