Summary: This course discusses the role of teachers in the referral process for children and adolescents with developmental language disorder (DLD) who speak a nonmainstream dialect. Summary: This course explores the most commonly fit devices for patients whose hearing is significantly poorer in one ear than the other (e.g., single-sided deafness or asymmetric hearing loss) and identify factors that impact device selection and hearing management.
