Summary: SLPs face the challenge of developing plans of care to address the evolving needs of individuals with aphasia while incorporating research evidence and balancing health care service delivery constraints. This live webinar (September 24, 2025, 1-3 p.m. ET) will use case studies to model the use of a clinical decision-making framework and then allow you to practice progressively applying the framework to patient examples.

Summary: Meta-therapy is an integral pillar of clinical practice; however, the lack of formal training in this area often makes the concept and application of meta-therapy elusive to clinicians. The goal of this SIG 3 activity is to disseminate how meta-therapy can be effectively utilized in the clinical domains of voice disorders, fluency, dysphagia, and cognitive communication and aphasia.
