Summary: Childhood apraxia of speech (CAS) is a confounding pediatric communication disorder. Rarely occurring in isolation, changing over time, and always requiring specialized care, the breadth and depth of understanding required for appropriate treatment is vast. It focuses on the implementation of fluency codes in narrative retell language samples.
